For the past year, I have been code quotes using "...." instead the of the curling quotes that are found in most press releases and word documents. Is it WC3 compliant to use the "curly" quotes? If so, how do I code these? TIA
You cannot have a page validate with " as your quote. It is not accepted as XHTML You must use the code above for the page to validate. You also cannot use - or ' as in don't, those will not validate either
