Hello, on the terms-I always see don't bid on keywords using their name which I know, however can you use the name in the title of the post? or just in the post itself. Just want to be clear on that. Thanks

Well actually it's against the law to use their name in the title / body for ppc ads, and it is also against google's rules as well. You need permission from the merchant to do what you are talking about.

The law actually states that you can BID on whatever keywords you want, though usually it's against the merchant's policy to do that. A good trick is to bid on a highly searched for brand name. Usually brand names have almost no competition, because the only people who would want to bid on that brand name are people who are affiliated with the company, which doesn't allow them to use their keywords. You could still bid on that company's keywords, then affiliate with a competitor.
