Proper practice for keyword tag

I've seen a few examples of how to set out the keyword tag, but i was wondering which one is correct. For example if I my page was about poker hands and rules which way would I do my keyword tag:

    poker hands,poker rules,poker OR
    poker,hands,rules OR
    poker hands rules

Also, should there be a space after the commar, and should there be a commar at all?

Thanks to anyone who can clear this up.

The format I use (and see most often on other sites) is "poker, hands, rules". I'm not sure if the space makes a difference or not, but I use it simply because it's what I'm used to seeing. :)

Ive always used "poker, hands, rules" too.
I have seen a couple of times "poker, hands, rules" but not often.
Stick to what the majority do and you should be safe
