Do be on Adsense or not to be on Adsense. That's the question.

    yes,
I am also agree with the OP. They were quite polite with me answering my questions and even warned me for invalid clicks on by blog.

If you do accidentally click one of your own ads where should you send an email to?

Basically a total recap is that if you follow the rules and do as you agreed to, Google will not ban your account. It is very similar to infractions on DP, after you get caught, the normal reaction is claim that you did nothing wrong and blame someone else. Rules are there to protect everyone involved. It protects the publisher, the advertiser and Google as a whole, which is smart business. If Google allowed publishers or advertisers to run free with no boundaries, would anyone with any ethics want to use Adsense?

Those who got banned without any notice are those who broke too much rules and unforgivable.... Otherwise, they'll give some warning before doing it... just my 2 cents.

invalid clicks plus duplicate content, both are great reasons for site to get blacklisted
