pronethosting create problem for me

    today i brought hosting from pronethosting.net after this i received this email from them

    after 30 minutes i received another email from them

    Any of you face this problem in Dp community plz helps me.
    and i can’t give

    Id card
    utility bill
    and credit card info too because now i can;t trust them

    it seems pronethosting give more then 50% discount but now give quality


    I am not fraud

    why dont u call up their accounting section and ask? Or get connected to the office manager?

    That's weird... why do they need all that?! That never happened with any host!

    Contact them for the reason, and also google about it!

    You cant say it doesnt happen with any host. Some hosts have fraud verification enabled on their billing, which may create problems sometimes if you happen to pay with your credit card, but when outside the city/place of your residence.

    gree124, are you sure u paid with cc while on a travel or something of sort?

    No, its not weird. Its pretty much the norm with any reputable host. Do keep in mind that its not just us, the ISP that have fraud detection and verification measure, but our merchant/bank does as well. There have been times where our merchant wanted additional information and asked that we obtain it directly from the client, or find an alternative billing method.

    Its pretty normal.

    sorry for late but i don't have internet haev at home according their last email they did not cut money account.but i will check today again from my banker because saturday adn sunday bank is off

    If they use maxmind fraud protection it adds up all the points and then verifies if the payment is real or a fraud payment. e.g Ip not with the same address card registered 1 point. Just thinking this maybe it.

    Same Proplem with me in what's called crazy summer offer

    I've just purchased their basic linux plan for $4.95/year .... and my account is terminatend (not even suspended) till I provide them with both :
    scanned copy of ID (front & back)
    scanned copy of CC (front & back)
