    Use social media and social network.
    Twitter, facebook, myspace ect is the one of the good place for you to promote your blog.
    Besides, you can also work out on article submission, social bookmarking, directory submission, video submission, yahoo answeing, blog commenting, forum posting etc

    The best ways to promote a blog are - article marketing, blog commenting, forum posting, social bookmarking, free classified ads, guests posts, Q&A sites, Technorati, Blogcatalog and other blog directories, link directories, Squidoo, EHow, Hubpages and etc. :)
