How would you suggest I promote it? I dont want to do press releases etc. until I have a few bricks sold and the site doesnt look so bare (just opened today). So apart from submitting to directories, any other suggestions?
Well your PR needs to be high and also google did some wierd thing with people selling links. They lowered the PR and I noticed and heard they lowered PR on sites linking to them. Seems like you might be a little late in the game. add some links, sell some for cheap or give away some so it shows that people are interested. I wouldnt wanna buy a link from a site without anyone on it. Keep it in your sig on lots of forums that your active in. Try doing some link exchanges. Good Luck
Its just another way of looking at the milliondollarhomepage but at least that covered one page and i didnt have to use my scrollbar to get to the other side. This idea is old...and you wont make any money out of it
No offense, but if you want to make money you need a unique idea. I doubt anyone's going to pay 200$ for a small little text box, especially as the idea's been flogged to death...
