Promotion offer using other CPA network

i wanna know if is allow to promo offer using other company such as cpalead

bcz yesterday when i was bowsing i found a offer on cpalead redirect to .. .azjmp.com . . . = AZN


so this is allow or not ???

 

Well...Better option is to ask your affiliate manager.
Many major networks allow you to promote offers via other networks.
Also remember, To join a network as an advertiser is not an easy job.
Advertiser need to place huge deposit before launching their offer.
