Join many group and share your Page with all Group fellows and ask him to follow.....I think its cheapest and easy Idea.
make more friends and join in related groups, share good content with nice pictures, like others page and ask people to like yours. If you go for paid campaigns you will get more likes very fast.
You can always pay for those advertisements. But another idea is to ask another webmaster to post your page in their's. You can also offer them the same (you will post his page too!). Like an exchange!
