Promotion of a Website using Image

    There are many ways to promote a website

    link 1) link exchange
    2) Directory Submissions
    3) Blog Submissions and Many more which I am not listing here.

    my question is, is their any way to promote a Website using the Images that are present in Website.

    Just remember to name the images so they are related to the subject and have a good descriptive ALT tag.

    Having relevant image names and alt tags has worked really well for us.
    Google images is our site's 4th biggest free traffic source.

    You can use targetted keyword in the alt tag of the image. It helps in promoting website

    also u can add your website on google maps.for example if u are working with real estate there is way to add images into it, and also same images to use with alt tag descrp. like people above said.It will help much

    Yes, properly named (with relevant alt tags) images can help you build traffic at least through Google image search queries.
