Selling Promotion Forum and Blog

Hello,

I am selling a promotion forum I own along with it's attached blog. URL will be sent to requesters via PM.

The forum started at the beginning of july and for the whole of July we received 940 unique hits and for August we received 1613 unique hits.
The blog however only started a few days ago and has no relevant hits as of yet.

What comes with the blog is user integration with the forum, meaning only one login. The blog also shows latest threads on the front page, written articles are automatically posted to the forum and all comments made to an article are automatically posted as a reply to the blog thread on the forum.

We are ranked on the second page of google for the search term 'Promotion Forum' and we are still climbing rapidly after only 1 and a half months.

We are ranked 676,683 on Alexa overall and 63,539 in GB.

We are currently hosted by HostGator and the domains are hosted with GoDaddy.
