Buying Promotion for Website Tailored for London

    I have a website that is community focused and will be launching Jan/Feb next year.

    I need to get the word out to those specifically in London (not elsewhere in the UK or world).

    So if you can reach 1000s of users by any means, such as a mailshot your own users, etc.

    I am looking for those who know how to get the word out. This does not mean SEO services, otherwise I would have asked for that. This is more direct to customer communication services I am talking about.
