I took the advise of someone on here and decided to try and see what happened when I used keyword marketing to advertise my domain name for sale. I tried Yahoo Search Marketing So far I have not had any offers but click thrus have gone up to almost enough to pay for the ad. I listed Commercial.bz as "this domain is for sale" with a click that directs to the webpage itself. This started yesterday. I set my bid at 0.15 for the keyword "Commercial" commercial.bz (Keyword) "Commercial" (Unique clicks) 64 (clicks) 5 (Average Click return) $0.78 (Click rate) 7.81% (Total Earnings) $3.91 This is from one day. Budget set to 5$ per day to run 4 days. So far a loss of $1.09 Guess thats not so bad for the added exposure. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Listing details Domain Name commercial.bz without content. Do you think the return would be less because of the increased competition and decreased exposure? Do you think Google has a better return? Is this exposure worth the cost? Just putting up research and questions. Thanks all
Made double what I put into the fund by visitors then got pulled by Yahoo for landing page problem still not a bad idea
