I recently read the read about making revenue from video blogs, so I registered 5 domains to give it a chance. Two of them, http://hellshumor.info and http://absurdvideos.info are up and I wondering what I can do at the moment to get the most visitors to my site. Keep in mind I just put them up today, so each only have 3 videos.
You could always go to the B/S/T forum and pay for some people to upload videos, then buy some links or signiture links. It shouldn't cost you too much. Also it would help if you have a really good video that hasn't been seen by many people. Those kind of videos catch fire virally and make for tons of publicity.
i saw that post too decided to give it a go also with http://www.favouredcontent.com i have had success with a few techniques you can start off by adding your feed url to your digitalpoint profile so your latest blogpost will display below your username on every post of yours search google for Video Link Dump or (keyword video link dump) and other variations and submit your video links to those sites post the videos to forums you are a member of that allow it (eg : hey guys, a friend sent this video to me and thought i would share it..) submit your blog to blog directories submit your rss feed to feed directories heres a link from my favourites with good feed and blog dirs http://www.rss-specifications.com/rss-submission.htm submit to VIDEO social bookmarking sites such as flurl,bluedot,ulinkx go to your address book in outlook and send the video link to your friends all of the above will also get bloggers blogging your site (i have had a few already do this)
