I hope its okay to post here. I'm looking for inexpensive way to promote a book that will be available for sale online through createspace.com. The book is not porn or any get rich quick scheme, just a book that is scheduled to be published in late Jan. It is in english and targeted at American readers. A PR campaign is in the works, but books are not exactly the "hottest" news. So, I'm looking for: - An email marketing campaign/service on a tight budget. Our text is respectful and not spammy. We want it sent to REAL email addresses. - Also bloggers/commenters that have recomendations. We don't want this spammed everywhere. But we do want positive comments spread to appropriate sites, mostly news articles comments on a low volume basis like 3-5 comments/day. Don't care about nofollow, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
