I wanted to know how i can get the pictures and how can i have the song i want in the background? Is there a site where you can use the picture free for your own promotion? Help!!!!!

You can't get these types of videos free from any websites. If you want to promote your business with Youtube, so you have to make your own video. You Can do free Comments on any videos of Youtube.

Do a search for a free screen capture software and proceed with your powerpoint presentation. Search for pictures under creative commons license but I don't think they'd allow you to use it on a video unless you specifically credit the source.
You can make your own videos with Windows Movie Maker. It's quite simple and the results can be good if you spend the time. Make sure your videos are funny, interesting, and above all snappy. No one will want to watch a 10 minute video of you waffling on about how good your business is. Keep it short and sharp.
