Am I aloud to make a video about what the offer is about, then upload it and then have link on the right that takes the user to a webpage with just the offer? or...do i have to have a well made landing page about the offer. i just wanted to put the banner on that page and that's it
generally, you will not have problems with putting your direct your link to your offer. I will recommend also to use shorten URL for that as well.
You can put the links with short description at "More info" for the viewers which can provide detail about the offer.
you just have to make a good video in which you provide value within your video. Than in the video you can post up the website or you can post the link on you page
