The hosting market is super saturated although you already know this. To carve out a niche will take time but don't give up.

What is your Unique Selling Point? Looking at your site your prices are about average so you need something to stand out from the rest.

Your name layered networks is good (that name sounds familiar) and your site looks good.

You say you are posting on forums, if so how often? At webhostingtalk many of your competition post regularly.

One thing I look for their is discounts such as 50% off etc, you will get more interest if you do this.

How about setting up several satellite sites around your main site, many of the established hosts do this such as creating hosting top lists, review sites and information sites.

Why don't you list what you have done already, I,m guessing you are doing about 10% of the work you need to do to promote your service.

Your site is also very new, trust is a big thing in hosting, no one wants to host their site with someone with no history.

    Hope this helps.

Honestly i would suggest getting some web designers on your side. OFfer them some cash for setting up their clienbts pages on your host, i do alot of sites and i set them up on hostgator godaddy, but if you cang et like 25 web designers to use you exclusively, hey thats a start....

My main selling point would be quality hosting.

I post adverts on about 20 or so different forums weekly. Its weird because Google only sees links from wht and wht-au.

I've done 20% off before for about a month, got lots of visitors but no sign-ups.

Thought of that before, might contact some designers.

Have you tried giving away your hosting services for free to bloggers?

I chose to go with MediaTemple because I see it on TechCrunch and all these other quality sites, so I assume it's a good service, but in reality all hosting companies are really the same.

Try offering your hosting for free to some bloggers that may be complaining about their service? The press you get from there will more than make up for any cost you have, plus it's better than throwing money down the toilet on PPC.

Hosting industry this days is super saturated but at the same time the demand for the new companies is steadily raising, so a new company with good plans ( only pricing speaks in most cases) and support with reliability will surely sell

The problem with this niche is there is already too much competition and so many big companies have already established their presence .My suggestion is instead of working on google adwords ,forums etc ,you should do more work towards seo . Get strong backlinks for your website .

And another suggestion is give your customers trial as your website is new service for them so they will be happy to go for trial and later buy it if your service is good enough.

Another suggestion is do some offline marketing .

    Two things you need is:
    1) Improve website look.
    2) Hire few staff for 24 hour live chat support.

    And only advertise using adword,

Too many webhosts are after the same pie of customers. Try a different approach, advertise in newspapers or in online classifieds (craigslist). You can find interested customers there too, but they are less tech savvy.

Being new isn't a good thing, it makes people unsure of whether or not you're reliable. Perhaps

Try offering an affiliate program -- have other people advertise your hosting for you? ;)

Google for "web hosting template"..... you will find many sites offering custom web hosting templates.

    I suggest : http://www.templateworld.com/

Those all look shit in my opinion. I'm just after what you think I should change. Why scrap it? I did send a lot of time designing it myself.

Just glancing at your plans, your bandwidth seems slightly oversold. I don't know what kind of a provider you have, but bandwidth is the most expensive thing in the hosting industry, and most people looking for hosting know this. 3 bucks for over 100 GB of bandwidth? Thats outrageously cheap and a lot of people will see that lol.

One thing I would do is in every forum you are on that allows advertisements in signatures, is put a link and a little blurb about your site, any sales your running, etc. in it. It does two things, lets people know about your site, and is a backlink for you. Take all your money out of Google Adwords or any other Pay Per Click you have money in, and turn around and invest LOCALLY! Most of my business is local, I get a few people now and again off of forums, but usually it is local people. I either take out an ad in the newspaper, get a list of new businesses from the Chamber of Commerce, or I just walk around San Antonio handing out flyers and sticking them up on telephone polls and all sorts of things. Your mileage may vary. But you have to get the idea out of your head that your going to make an impact online. Its a great thing to try, and I wasted about a month. Also, Do you have a business plan? This should have been researched and addressed in your business plan. You should have had one before you even purchased anything. I don't know whether your on a reseller account and you sell the VPS and Dedicated servers through an affiliate program, or how your set up. But if it is through an affiliate program with your reseller host, I advise you ditch them, as they will turn to more headaches than they are worth when you are first starting out.

First finalise your plansthis hosting industry is highly competitive, draw a definite business plan, arrange for the funds to run the business without profit for six months, try to post advertisement in few forums initially, try to get clients, promote with them by giving good offers, they will be your ambassadors.

You can release small advertisement in hosting related forums and directories later
