Hi, before 3-4 weeks i posted thread about my blogger blog and everyone told me to get real domain name and hosting. I did it : http://www.internetgurublog.com/ The problem is that i don't really think i am promoting it well. I post comments on other blogs i use twitter and facebook, but i get only 10-15 visitors a day. For now i think to try with YouTube, many of you say that it's great traffic provider. I need tips how to get more fans to my facebook page and how to build my email list, because at this point it sucks. Edit: I also add the site to blog directories.
Getting traffic to your site is definitely the "Holy Grail" of Internet marketing. No efforts we make have more effect than the traffic issue ... by far! While there are many methods of promoting your site as you mentioned, it's usually best to stick with one method that rings true for you until you've completely mastered it. Too often, we tend to bounce around from traffic method to traffic method, never really mastering anything. Find something and stick with it. For myself, I prefer creating simple videos for distribution to the various major video sites. I enjoy it and they tend to bring in a goodly amount of visitors. Best, --JR
hmm you can try to get more bots/spiders/crawler , it will bring some visitor too . normally 10 bot/spider can bring 100+ visitor daily.
If you are asking about getting more fans to your Facebook fan page, then you should try some viral marketing. However remeber that your site a completely new to the google engines, so try and make it count right from the beginning. Keep adding new content to your blog everyday. After 24 hours bookmark your pages/articles in most of the highly rated bookmarking sites. At the end, just have more patience too, because your site is new, it will take time to get up in the rankings and the traffic Hope this helps !!!
The real fact there is, getting lots of traffic is not a one day task. So in short, continuous link building and promoting your site has a bigger chance to increase your site traffic.
Just post quality content, and the search engines will promote your site for you. One thing to keep in mind, if the content is good enough, people will find your site. Once people find your site, and if they like your content, they will post links back to your site. Content, content, content, everything else is secondary.

@w3bmaster Read more about the blog and my opinion about internet gurus before you write . Thanks to others, i will follow @jrrich method. I have to master one traffic source first . I think the site is good looking and that is advantage for me
just concentrate on your website content and do some Search Engine Optimization then.. you have to wait.. then you can get more visitors without exerting too much effort.
