Promoting Google Referrals

I am very hesistant about this.

I got one site banned because of what I consider to be an inconsistent statement from Google.

Their help section used to say that you can actively promote referral links.

Then when the expanded their referrals to other products. I got in trouble for promoting the referral products.

Can I say on a page,

" This site uses Google Adsense for revenue sharing"

and then place a referral link/image

 

I would think so…. as long as you’re not saying click here and sign up

 

well what i got banned for was using the statement

I run a chemistry tutorial site and forums

above a Cramster referral ad I put

"if you need textbook solutions try"
