Promoting anti-spyware and similar products

    Hey, with the majority of most anti spyware and registry fix products that are available to promote via CB, they allow you to download the software for free first. Of course his is to show the potentail customer the problems their PC actually has, then encourage them to buy it. But when they actually go to buy the product, how will it register that I am the affiliate? Is there some sort of cookie?

    Bingo, as long as they don't go to another affiliates website your cookie is set.

    There are many anti spyware products available on CB but most of them are CRAP. Some are infact rogue products too.

    What about the high gravity Registry Fix, Registry Easy and NoAdware products?

    Yeah be careful.Some of them are infectious and slow your system down.I actually installed a generic spyware remover marketed on CB and it was picked up as an infection by another tool.I promote both registry and spyware tools but have quite low conversions.

    Hmm, I'll do a little dip in the water, see what sort of conversions I get... If it doesn't go too well I'll drop it :p. Thanks for the tips.
