Hello guys i am assuming all of you have used or know about Google custom search engine. Want some ideas about optimization and promotion of google cusom search engine. I have seen some search engines that show on top of google search even without a domain . E.g A dofollow blog search engine is on top of results for "dofollow blog search " keyword. . any opinions about what type of optimization and of site seo can be used on Google custom search engines.
