Hi I am a student from Rome, Italy... just trying to have a small income for my needs First of all thank you everyone since I'm reading this forum and I'm learning a lot from it I just was wondering if someone can give me generic tips about promoting the websites and get the best from them in terms of traffic and clicks... Actually I have 3 websites with adsense on it... [2 are italian only, sorry] The first one is http://www.kabab.it , I made for a friend that gave me permission to put adsense on it. It was just an experiment and actually it's not producing any income. The second one is http://www.charla.it that is a phpbb generic board I made for my friends and everyone else interested. Also this was just an experiment. Now my first "income-making" tentative is http://www.theloansdirectory.com as you can see is not that elaborate and I am looking for ideas to improve it. I decided to make future content sites in english language to have more traffic, I think. I have just made what I know about SEO optimization meaning putting a good title, meta description and meta keywords, and things like this. Have you got more ideas for me? Would be appreciated thanks
I would try moving the skyscraper on the right under your google referal button, move it up the page,, it should be above the fold on the site ( it needs to be seen without the visitors having to scroll down to see it) I would also remove the border color,, make it white,, this will help to blend the ads into the site better.. See if them 2 things help
