Promoting an ebook

I am wondering, since I am currently writing an ebook (and it's going to be free), should I wait untill I am 100% finished before I send the link to people?

Or should I send the link when I am 50% finished, then 60%, then 70% and so on? Just to keep people interested...

(My ebook will probably always be in beta, since new stories will arrive and new mistakes will happen, and I will be adding them as soon as I get them)

yes ofcourse, you should wait till it's 100% done to show anyone.

    here is an example.

right now we are selling our house, we wouldn't want to show the house and still have some walls to paint, we want the house looking it's best when buyers are checking it out ;)

    cheers

I had the same problem when i was writing my eBook and decided finally to promote and advertise the eBook only when it was finished the final reasons for this were:

It would look more professional to be offering a finished product not half or three quarters finished.

People may get irritated with a useless email asking them if they are interested in an eBook which is not finished yet

People also may forget before the eBook is finished which would result in them not downloading it or you having to annoy them more and emailing them again.

I advise that you be patient and wait til its finished.

    Thanks!

I am not the patient kind, but I really want this one to be really good :)
