Hi, Im totally new to adwords and Im wondering if its possible to directly promote affiliate links through adwords? If not, what do I need to do? Create a "sell it to me" landing page and have the affiliate link at the bottom?
That's a technique explained at www.googlecash.com but be aware that you may spend a bundle trying to level your expenses in adwords with your affiliate earnings. Check around the forums for "googlecash" to see what others think of this technique
googlecash is an old and outdated ebook, i suggest joining ewealth (link in sig) and talking with the thousands of clickbank affiliates there. Many there make their living thru CB alone.
the post above is a great example of how to make money using forums someone is going to get two dollars for each referred person to eWealth GoogleCash is a great book but it is really outdated. A beginner affiliate should avoid adwords IMHO especially after the new ad relevancy algo implemented by Google. Before the change, I was able to get 3 to 6 cents clicks. Now it is at least 40 cents to be in the game - way to expensive.
