    hay, I am planing to buy software for ad marketing. My question is how to promote it? How will you start, promoting? How to make people advertise and how to make people place ads on their sites?

    Usually you have to pay to advertise on peoples sites.

    I think first you must give away free ads for advertisers and pay the minimum to people who hold ads. What do you think?

    Yes, that's true. And you can also find volunteer publishers for testing the system. You should advertise your site on others too.
