There is no point in building backlines to a one page website for SEO puproses. Only backlinks that get traffic will help you in that case.

I wouldn't promote a site unless it was fully functional, the bots will come and crawl it, see it doesn't have the content, and may not rank at all for the keywords you are looking for

 

content is very imp for website promotion. if your site doesn't have any content then there is no use of doing article and all that, instead of that you spend that time on directory submission and and building back links that would be more helpful for your site.

 

Without content site is promote by Article , Blog that means off page SEO

IMO I think this is the good idea before making a complete website he should post an article at there home page and then starts link building for that page so that home page can get some PR for it and when web site get complete then do link building for targeted internal pages too.

 

I would not want Google to find that site the way you have it now.

That kind of site is not for SEO. It will never rank and you may hurt yourself terribly.

It is basically a doorway page and it will get banned from Google.

Again, if you want traffic to go to the pages you are linking for then backlink it but not for SEO. It it were my site, I'd even put in my robot.txt to disallow all bots!

that kind of site is used for someone search for a domain by the domain name. Where the domain itself is a keyword with high traffic.
