Promoting a Proxy List

    How would you go about promoting a proxy list? Because you can't really submit it to other proxy lists that are in direct competition. I need some help! :confused:

    you have already put your website as your signature... just like same...u can promote proxy url

    check the forum here there are a lot of free lists (without providing a backlink)
