Promoting a Product from a Banned Member Allowed?

    A member, who is banned here, asked me if I can promote his product (a wordpress plugin) here.
    All he want is to test his plugin before the final release. (It's in PR stage).

    So, can I go to Freebies and post for him?

    So, I am allowed to post, with all the liabilities, even if the post contains a link to the page owned by that banned member?

    Yep, as long as it's never been posted before (duplicate thread). The liability you would be taking on also extend beyond just the post content... ie. if you send a user there and they are being scammed/phished, etc.
