I looked. It seems like you've made some of the typical beginner mistakes. The main one is that you never want your forum to appear like a ghost town. But you have soooooo many forums & categories that your 35 members will never be able to fill them all with good topics. So you end up with forums that have 0 posts. It makes the forum appear to be unused, and therefore posting would appear to be useless -- nobody there, nobody responding.

When you start your forums, you're supposed to start small. Keep the community packed in, so there appears to be a crowd. Instead of 50 forums, have 5. Then expand as the forum grows.

Aside from that, have you considered that maybe the other forums -- with 100000 members -- have cornered the market? They may be so active that the members don't want to go elsewhere.

Of course, the other way to look at it is, your site is new. Give it time. You'll grow. :)

You just need to keep on posting, make loads of QUALITY post that are related to your forum, write some articles that can only be found on your forum, offer registered members something they cannot get from else where, give them a reson to sign up and post.

I would second the advice above, reduce your forum and category numbers!

Get out there at web directories and get some inbound links (you are zero pagerank).

    Cheers,

Firstly, surfers have to find your forum.
Try traffic exchanges - lots of them.
Put a link in your signature.
