    Now how do you come about promoting a nice freebie forum? I don't have any regular members on the forum yet and i want them to come back to the forums how do i do that? Also where to get new members?

    Have you tried posting your offers in DP forums? You can also try out other forums like NamePros or talkfreelance :)
