I can pay fixed salary of $300/monthly but I prefer to pay you daily , and I will be paying ONLY FOR PERFORMANCE that means you will show me what you have done for that day and I will pay you on 1-10scale , if you do everything perfect that would be 10 and that would be $10daily or if you just slacker for that day and do nothing then it would be almost nothing so I'm willing to pay only for performance!
