"Promoted tweets" signed up but never heard from them...

    Hello everyone and thanks in advance,

    I had many of my clients signing up with the service but none of them has heard back from Twitter (small and medium clients alike).

    Ideas???

    I would place a couple of URL's but I am not sure I am allowed to do so but if you google it you will figure it out pretty quickly.

    Twitter as of right now are targeting clients with large budgets. Might change in the future.....
