So a lot of people are using Facebook vouchers to promote their brands.

I am willing to pay someone money to promote me using this technique.

Only apply if you're someone with prior experience and good reputation!

(I will pay for the vouchers etc) - you just have to implement and manage my advertisement campaigns.

Please put forth your proposals in a PM and send it to me.

    Thanks
    C.

These guys at Facebook.com have come up with promotional vouchers they give out to random people.
Even I have not been able to figure out how and where to get these from - hence the post :)

They are sent out to related businesses in the development world and distributed by mail, in dev/internet related magazines and other such places.

The idea behind them though, is to get a free trial on their ads and see how it works for you and if its worth paying for in your case. Unless you are promoting many different fan pages, I doubt you will get too far this way. I know if you tried to use up all the ad space on my sites with vouchers and fake accounts I would know about it and probably put a stop to it...
Facebook could lock up your page if they wanted to, however I doubt they put much effort into that, still it would be dangerous to base a marketing campaign around it.
My advice, learn and work at it yourself, or hire a professional to take care of it properly, but I'm sure no professional is going to manage campaigns based solely on vouchers.
    Best wishes.

    Thanks for the insight, Mike!

Well, genuinely, I am clueless on how to take this venture of mine forward.

If you have a proposal for me - please PM me - I'd love to talk shop!
