I am into fitness for about 4 years and a fat loss blogger for nearly 2 years.

Before you read on, I am not going to bother hyping this up.

I understood that people just want something simple to help them achieve their fat loss goals. BUT most products contain so much unnecessary information!

So much science, so much fitness jargon. I never understood these vendors.

Anyway, to cut the story short, I have taken special notice of my most popular posts on my fitness blog, and the most common questions people ask me in comments or through emails.

PPC, solo ads and press releases are the best ways to generate buzz and knowledge of this brand, and to generate initial sales as well. After which, it can be recommended to churn out review sites!
