Your not allowed to use kindle in your ppc, amazon will ban your account trademarked. They have been pretty heavy on this.

No assumptions here mate, i should have made it more clear, it's not to be allowed in your display url before the tld. So you cant have it included in any of your actual domain url displays. Anyway if you read the tos of amazon you will see this is against the terms and can run the risk of having your account banned. Hope this clears it up.
Fair enough.....however the question was not could he use Kindle in his URL and trample on their trademark.... It was could he bid on the keywords....
