I signed up with Adcenter. I entered a promo code for $75 when I signed up. I logged into my account to check the balance and it's not reflected. I've sent off an email to Support. Just curious is this normal? Does it show someplace else in the adcenter panel? Are they gonna try to screw me out of the $75? Thanks ----------------- Ok, hold the phone, go to the billing screen, click on the go next to the account and you will find it. Just posting this in case any one else has this same problem.
Go to Account & Billing Tab -> Billing -> Click on the Go Button to see if you got credited (Toward the bottom of the screen). If you don't see it there, it is best to contact them.
I think it takes like 24-48 hours for the credit to actually show up. Wait or do like others said just give them a call or send them an email.
