promo ideas to get affiliates?

Hey Im just thinking of some promo ideas to get affiliates just wondering what would be the best?

something like:

first person to make 40 sales in a month gets $400 ?

Im going to start the contest in about a month when i have optimized the pitch page.


Any other ideas?

Jimmy D. Brown just launched a contest and the winner (the person who gets the most sales) will get a free coaching period with him.

I think that would be awesome, but you'd think that the person who gets the most sales wouldn't need the coaching as bad as someone who couldn't get any....

 

Im not a super affiliate or anything, so cant do anythign like that

 

I have set up a clickbank account to sell two new products, both are ebooks. They aren't get rich quick or make money on the Internet without doing anything but breathing type products.

I want to be pro-active in finding affiliates, not just wait around for them to find me. How do I do that?

One thing that (should) really attract affiliates is video material. Video overviews of a program or system often go over really well - if you're able to make a free 3-5 minute video overview of your system that affiliates can use, it might be more powerful than just offering some sort of monetary bonus, because ultimately the affiliate cares mainly about how well the campaign will convert for him, with the incentive truly just being a bonus.

Very true. Offering something that makes the sales process easier for us is a great way for us to desire to sell more of your product ^^... get you closer to that 1000 a day goal

do you know of a program that will record what im doing on the screen? I could also use this on the pitch page.

So far spent $25 on adwords but no sale so i dont think im using the right keywords.. hmmm

 

use Camstudio or Camtasia to record videos of your screen. CamStudio is free, Camtasia is $300. Take your pick.

Pay 75% commision. Give banners, sample presells, incentives, sample adwords ads, keywords, etc etc.

advertise whereever you can on aff networks.

Just a suggestion, you might try sending people to the second page (after you've submitted your email) from your adwords. See if that brings better conversion.

Personally, I like to be taken directly to the sales process.

yeah I tried that last week but didnt get a sale.. I also didnt get many opt ins so i thought I would get more opt ins this way.. but not really..
