    You could also promote it through different adult oriented social networking sites and forums.

    You can promote your site in free areas like ORkut,Myspace and other Social Networking sites.

    Actually I made an adult forum and promoted a while in Orkut. Then now I havent visited the forum for a month or so, but the traffic is around 50-60 Uniques Per day!! From GOOOOOOOOOGLE
