Hi all im ozab im a customer of prolimehost.com we have a dedicated server with them and we use it for some proxies(personal) in our office ( photo and video agency and web designing services in Chicago ) i have recently seen there offer here at DP about dedicated server and ordered a quad core 9300 with basic configuration with them and its almost 2 months now with them and now im just unable to control my self and writing a review on them Network and uptime 9/10 they really have a very powerful network, we have monitored server on different network monitoring companies and have never seen a downtime with them.its almost 100% uptime till date.Performance is always great, I have reliable pings and can always max my home 20mbit connection. Support 10/10 this is the best reason to go with them, really fast support, they normally answer in 10,15 minutes maximum, and sometime even in seconds.i know they provide un managed server but still for basic issues like reboot, or any other they solve it very fast. Server hardware 10/10 No hardware or software issues, the server has been rock solid. Sales 10/10 rounak is amazing person, i never felt that im talking to the owner of a dedicated server providing company, he is like a friend and even help me in small issues, he is the best man this company had...im not sure if he is same with every customer or not but he is always helpful and ready to workout in all condition Overall 10/10 i think i have really found a company, who treats there customer as friend and always help.i will surely stay with prolime servers for longtime again i would like to thanks rounak, Tina, Doru, Peter and everyone who always helped me hats off to you prolimehost keep up the good work.im also going to post this same review for you guys on almost all the forums which i know :hehe: including my blog but i have one suggestion for you >> please bring the remote reboot port as soon as possible thanks alot ozab
