This guy is a scammer. Do Not Get This Host I had so much trouble with his support, tickets would get replied in 12 or more hours. Probably longer if i didn't take things into my hands, had to send multiple messages to sales, support, and post on forums to actually get replies to my support tickets. There is no 24/hour support with them. They answer the tickets whenever they want. I needed a database import and he was causing so much trouble, 4 days in, i asked him 1 final time if he would because if not i will leave. So he answered 12 hours later. "It takes more than 24 hours to import database. But your account got suspended because we dont deal with cheap customers." The 30 Money back guarantee is a lie. He will not give you your money back. I was only 4 days with this host and he refuses to give me my money back. Because I am a "cheap" customer. Whatever that means?? I also like how he suspended me right after i said ill leave if he doesn't do the database import
