Is anyone aware of some open source project monitoring and evaluation system (preferably php or .net). I have a very specific requirement where an NGO is involved in funding research projects in agriculture sector. Each project should have a setup of planned actions and some particular staff needed to be dedicated for accomplishment of each task and fill out any financial activities (if happened against any activity). I know the whole project scope cannot be explained here and obviously I don't expect a solution matching 100% to my requirements. But will appreciate if any of you could point to some open source solutions helping as a starting point? Thanks in advance.
