    Hey all...

I am looking for a better way to manage my projects.
Including people that work for me, timelines and so on.

I am wondering how do you manage your projects ?

    Thanks in advance for sharing...

    Guy.

For web projects I use Trac ( trac.edgewall.org - Open source, free) and for offline projects I use Microsoft Projects Pro in conjunction with Projects Server so outside parties can log in from remote locations and view/update information.

Trac is free, Projects Pro and Projects Server are annoyingly expensive :)

You might also check out FreeLancerPanel - MS Project Server 2007 is pretty good as well

    I am trying Basecamp now.

Seems like a very friendly web based project tool
