Project Wonderful performs better than Adsense for select sites.

Just want to share some info. I recently converted one of my site's ads from Adsense to Project Wonderful and I'm glad I did.

There are many alternatives to Adsense but I think Project Wonderful is unique. Unfortunately it probably only works for a very specific types of sites.

-If your site has been smart priced like mine has (it hasn't gotten more than a $.03 click in over 4 months).
-If your site has anything to do with comics or art.

You may want to check it out. The current bids range from $.50 - $.70 per day for me, but it's a lot more than what I was making before. It isn't my only site, so I am making a more. But it's an extra $100 every 4 months or so for me.

The vast majority of bidders are from web comic sites themselves. Until that changes, I think it would be hard for other niches to turn a significant profit.

    -Chad

In fact, there are many good Adsense alternatives, and Bidvertiser is one of them.
