Project to compile a list for ages and well-established paid directories

I have started a project to compile a list for ages and well-established paid directories to fight against high PR but expired domain directories (include quick buck and run away directories.

I require 2 conditions:

1. Directories must have minimum 300 listings.
2. Directories must be 2 years old as web directories.
