Well I can't get you listed in DMOZ since its closed down. Its just a matter filling in your site name in the DMOZ form so its not really a task worth paying somebody to do. In the gambling industry its hard to get natural links so you will need to set aside around £2000 for link buying as well as £2000 for improving the site. My estimate would be 1 year and £4000. Google doesn't approve of link buying but without it I can't see where you will get enough natural links from.
