I'm in need of a good programmer to help with a project involving an upcoming contest where the public would submit videos (e.g. mpeg, avi, flash, etc.) via ftp online form. A panel would determine a "short list" and the public would then vote on those to determine which is the best. Site is in Wordpress (Unix server, php and mysql).
