    I was wondering if anyone knew of any project management web applications, that also deal with client management, and billing+scheduling, and are affordable?

    Here is a company, not mine, that says that you can pay 6.00+ an hour and they will do a number of things for your business.

    try redmine.org - very nice PM software with everything what you need. Scheduling and email responses is nice even for midsize development teams

    it is my undertsanding that taskseveryday is just outsourcing to India. does anyone have any suggestions for an affordable integrated project management app that does crm and billing?

    For client management, and billing+scheduling etc I'll recommend WHMCS.

    Redmine is good, but I'm not sure if it comes with billing. However, you'll need a dedicated host or SSH access from a shared host

    I was looking on http://codecanyon.net today and people can post different programs and scripts that they have made. If you look on there, you will find what you are looking for at a great price only around the $20 mark if not less.
