Okay, I've found myself with too many projects that are moving too slowly... I already outsource some parts of the development cycle (logo design, translations, and initial promotion) but I'm thinking now it's time to start outsourcing more so these jobs get done faster... Have you found yourself in this situation? Did you find a good "offshoring company" to help out?
