I need a programmer that is knowledgeable, has a business entity, will sign a NDA agreement to work on a project. The project requires extensive knowledge of PHP, JAVA, and either Tel Net or FTP protocol. You need to be able to at a minimum for design- design fields, buttons, and work with SQL.
